1b15304dd8 Do not use -fast, since it causes the code to be generated for 
the processor the compiler is running on. Use -xO4 instead.

14a819b8c9 Add Jamfile to build PDF versions of all the docs. 
Tweaked some existing Jamfiles so that PDF build finds all the necessary image files etc.
Tweaked fo.xsl to provide more options by default, and improve formatting.
