4f0504616d Remove documentation of call-locally. It is unused by Boost.Build and doesn't seem very useful. Anything that it could be used for is probably handled better by the rules in indirect.jam

890531d5d1 Fix boost build standalone documentation. 
Boost build defines its own jamroot, so it wasn't picking up the
`boost.defaults` flag from the main jamroot.

3a926e7216 Update various libraries' documentation build. 
Mostly to use the images and css files under doc/src instead of
doc/html, usually be deleting the settings in order to use the defaults.
Also add 'boost.root' to some builds in order to fix links which rely on
it.
