This allows for more flexibility in register allocation and potentially
more efficient code. Also, the temporary register was not exactly
customizable in the previous code, so it should have been cleaned up
anyway.

memory_order.hpp

Changed memory_order constant values to simplify checks for success/failure orders in compare_exchange methods. Fixed incorrect cas_failure_order_must_not_be_stronger_than_success_order check.
