Andrey Semashev b8cd09c50b Switched to boost::detail::lightweight_mutex instead of boost::mutex from Boost.Thread to avoid false dependencies on Boost.DateTime, Boost.Chrono and Boost.System. This should hopefully resolve linking problems on MinGW.
