Supposedly, Boost.Atomic docs were generated in the root doc directory because they were built as part of the boostdoc target. The updated Jamfile uses boostrelease target instead, which will hopefully move the docs under libs/atomic/doc. Also removed unused css and images copying - we have neither in the docs. The logo image is not used in the docs, only in README.md.
